Welcome!
OK, so the name is just an anagram...
But an 'Arc' is a connection - sometimes shocking!
And life is sometimes 'Insolubly' complex...
So it seemed a good title for a space in which to share a few thoughts about connections in the world and to contemplate the insoluble from time to time..
